A lamington is an Australian cake, made from squares of butter cake or sponge cake coated in an outer layer of chocolate sauce and rolled in desiccated coconut.

Freshly ground pork seasoned with sage and a hint of nutmeg wrapped in our our signature flaky pastry crust.
Veggie Roll
Heart healthy and vegetarian favourite, made with deliciously creamy feta and ricotta cheese, chopped baby spinach and lentals, with a hint of lemon freshness, wrapped in our our signature flaky pastry crust.
Sweet Chicken & Mango Roll
Freshly ground chicken seasoned with cilantro, and a touch of honey and mango, wrapped in our our signature flaky pastry crust.
Lamington
Made from squares of sponge cake coated in an outer layer of chocolate sauce and rolled in sweet coconut. The thin mixture is absorbed into the outside of the sponge cake and left to set, giving the cake a distinctive texture.

Vegemite Sandwich
Fresh soft white sandwich bread, buttered, with a thin layer or Vegemite.

Freshly ground pork seasoned with rosemary and a whole lot of chilli pepper nutmeg wrapped in our our signature flaky pastry crust.
Fairy Cake Lamington
Made from squares of sponge cake coated in an outer layer of vanila cream sauce and rolled in 100's of thousand's. The thin mixture is absorbed into the outside of the sponge cake and left to set, giving the cake a distinctive texture and color
Volet Crumble
Crumbly honeycomb toffee centre coated in milk chocolate. It's the crumble that matters!
